By accessing or using Wallet Larp (the "Service"), including the walletlarp.com website and the Wallet Larp mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Wallet Larp is a novelty entertainment application that allows users to display simulated cryptocurrency portfolio balances. It is not a real cryptocurrency wallet. It does not hold, store, send, receive, or interact with any real cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial system. All balances displayed are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.

3. Intended Use

Wallet Larp is intended solely for personal entertainment, humor, and social media content creation. You agree not to use the Service for fraudulent activity, financial deception, impersonation of real financial services, or any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use the app and any consequences that arise from its use.

4. Purchases & License Keys

Access to Wallet Larp is granted through a paid license key. All sales are final. License keys are non-transferable and intended for use by a single individual. We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Wallet Larp application or on walletlarp.com constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. We are not financial advisors and do not provide financial services of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Wallet Larp are the property of Wallet Larp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our materials without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Wallet Larp is not affiliated with Phantom, Ledger, Solana Labs, or any other cryptocurrency wallet provider or blockchain project.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallet Larp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
